The bench scraper, as essential and versatile as a good spoon, combines the flexibility of a plastic scraper with the heft of a wooden one.  Gestura leaves a small bit of a burr on the edge of the steel to make the scraper more grippy, and rounds the edges of the handle for a more comfortable grip.  Japanese oak and heat treated flex steel.

CARE

Hand-wash only. To preserve the patina/grain of the wood, please treat with walnut oil or cutting board oil frequently.  No resins were used to cure the wood, so drying the scraper metal side down is advised
